PC express service, really bad!

I am posting this so everyone would know. As much as possible I won't try to bash anyone.

Nakapalit kog DVD writer from Pc Express last June 2008. The said item was not functioning anymore by August 8. I went there sa ilang branch sa Jones on that same day.

They said they'll send it to the manufacturer in Manila. They sent it by August 12. It would only take a month lang daw. So I waited. Here comes September 12. I called them up. Wa pa daw naabot. "Try calling a week after".

September 19 came, "Try calling us on Saturday", I called them up on Sunday. Just to be sure. The item was in their hands. Guess what they said: "Will call you by tommorrow."

Tomorrow came, that is today. Got a call from them and said: "Ma'am, gahapon pa naabot sa amo warehouse ang imo DVD writer. Karon pa jud gi.deliver sa amo. Gisuwayan namo ma'am pero mao man gihapon ang error."

In short, wa jud diay na.ayo. Ipada pa jud nilag balik sa Manila. And I have to wait again for another month and a half which is not fair. Ni.ingon gud cla nga ila ayohon nya karon mao diay gihapon. Di man sad daw cla pwede ka replace og lain.

Gisapot nako. I have been very loyal to Pc express for the past years since they started here in Cebu. Their services turned out to be a disappointment.

Open for suggestions as to what I should do.

Thought of something pero medyo brutal hehehe.

what man diay prob sa DVD writer ma'am ?
ive tried sad before naa problema ako Asus na DVD Writer(dili na mo lightscribe) ,
ila gi test then defective man jud, 1 month gihapon ila saad after 1 month nailisan raman ,
in fact new pa gani giilis kay nag change daw ang ASUS , kato ako defective model kay
ila raw gi upgrade , so karon im enjoying my new Asus DVD Writer na ...

nakasuway nko ana... mas maayo pa ka bro ky gitawagan ka nila... ang sa ako ky wala jd. cge ra ko follow-up but walay action. they didn't even gave me a service unit not until ako na jud sila giadto and gi-confront... basahi na sila sa ila warranty terms, bro just like what i did, dba dili na katubag. pildi jd na sila....

If i remember it right, naa sa ila warranty policy (RMI ba toh?) nga kung mulapas na gali sa period nga ila gi-specify nga ma-uli na sa imo ang imo unit(of course in good condition na), sila na ang mangita pa-agi para mailisan ka. I don't know if this policy still exists. Just try reading their warranty policy.

in short, ang sabot, sabot jd unta. walay lubagay. right?

dapat if they test it nga defective... replace nila gikan sa ilang stocks nga naa sa cebu...

i think pwede ka mo demand og replacement unit, i did this before nya ila raman ko gi pulihan og lain unit.

wa ko kabaw kong pwede bana imo kuhaon ang refund... kong wa jud ka satisfy ila service.

ang mga technician pud kay swapang kaayo.

murag cla ray kaantigo. ngilad pa jud. pataka lang hisgot ug guba.

wala cla honesty ug integrity sa trabaho.

wala diay sila replacement.... kay naka palit ko ug 160Gig SATA HDD nga hardisk nya basa sa baha... ako gi pa warranty ni wait ko ug one month then wala man gyud na ayo... so na ngayo ko ug compensation nya talk ko sa manager nila in a nice way kung unsay mahimo nila so mao to naka decide ang manager replace new... mao to kung dili ka magpa ugat nila dili sad ka atiman0n.....



ako advice talk with the manager sa ila branch... Kay naa man ka rights as a consumer. nya wala pa gyud na nimo tuy0 ah pag guba so mo replace gyud na sila.

naa bay store diri nga mu ilis directly if guba ang item even after a month nimo nga gamit? kay ad2 ko palit permi og pc items.
