I am posting this so everyone would know. As much as possible I won't try to bash anyone.
Nakapalit kog DVD writer from Pc Express last June 2008. The said item was not functioning anymore by August 8. I went there sa ilang branch sa Jones on that same day.
They said they'll send it to the manufacturer in Manila. They sent it by August 12. It would only take a month lang daw. So I waited. Here comes September 12. I called them up. Wa pa daw naabot. "Try calling a week after".
September 19 came, "Try calling us on Saturday", I called them up on Sunday. Just to be sure. The item was in their hands. Guess what they said: "Will call you by tommorrow."
Tomorrow came, that is today. Got a call from them and said: "Ma'am, gahapon pa naabot sa amo warehouse ang imo DVD writer. Karon pa jud gi.deliver sa amo. Gisuwayan namo ma'am pero mao man gihapon ang error."
In short, wa jud diay na.ayo. Ipada pa jud nilag balik sa Manila. And I have to wait again for another month and a half which is not fair. Ni.ingon gud cla nga ila ayohon nya karon mao diay gihapon. Di man sad daw cla pwede ka replace og lain.
Gisapot nako. I have been very loyal to Pc express for the past years since they started here in Cebu. Their services turned out to be a disappointment.
Open for suggestions as to what I should do.
Thought of something pero medyo brutal hehehe.
