According sa LTO, given na naa naka SP, you need at least 30 days (from date of application sa imong SP) before ka maka-apply for non-pro.

If mo apply ka from SP to Pro, for restriction code 1,2,4 and 6, at least 6 months imong SP. Ang other restriction code kay need og Non-pro.

^robinsons ko nag renew last month, dali ra less than 1 hour. then akong gikuha ang plastic sa seaside last tuesday, daghan kaayo tao. naa bot ko didto 1pm, nakuha ang plastic 6pm na. perting dugaya...

ni try ko pa plastic sa LTO sm city ganiha bsag july 24 pa ako sched sa ila. by schedule jud sila. ingon ang taga LTO na pwede sa seaside sa lower ground near mcdo pro 300 per day first come first serve. naa sad daw saturday ug sunday.

UPDATE: ni adto ko sa sm seaside process sa plastic license. dali ra jud cya mga 5 mins kuha na plastic EXCEPT sa waiting time na 4 hours. hahaha. ni abot ko 10am taas na linya. ika 134 ako priority number. 2:20 pm ko nhuman.
