sa akong experience... legal ni ha?

cenomar... well take 1 month at most to get it, but anyone could just request it from NSO, pero if adto ka sa dumaguete magkuha, it will take you just one day pero kinahanglan ka mangadlawon didto

birth certificates for both of you

if below 24 years old, needed ang parental authority

naa ka fill up-an didto sa Civil registrar... naa filing fee na around 300

    seminar for one day

10 days na notice after ka magfile before ma release ang marriage license...

if available na imo documents: cenomar and birth, it would just take you 11 days, included na ang seminar..

i would not say this is legal, but not even voidable, pero still legal in the sense:

i have a friend who just got married with one day processing.... how?well granting both of you already have the documents( cenomar and birth)

Well, persons and family relations in LLB course is very helpful with this, it was stated their that if you have been living together with your partner for at least 5 years, you could get away with the hassles in filing of the marriage license. all you needed is a certification from your barangay that you indeed were staying together for five years na.

if naa ka kapit sa barangay, this would definitely help, file ka inig morning.. schedule na dayon ka then kaslon na dayon ka inig k hapon or next day!

    just, think about that!

if the court has not implemented stricter rules, pwede ka diretso ni judge tormis unta. you will just declare na you've been living with your gf for 5 years already. make ra ka ug affidavit and then wedding rites na dayun.

unless, naa ka palakawon imo papers who would act as YOU. hehehe...
