Dli basic pay bro. Net pay jud na akng pasabot. net pay /month. dli bah? but maybe different sa imo, ky lahi man ka nga acct. 18? basic? pagka layoa gyud tawn sa tinuod. sa starting lang na bro ha. then pag regular na, kataw-anan kaau og increase. maka-LOL nlang ka. murag kanang igo lang gisarado ang kida hahhaha. taya jud oi.

why i dont like the company? well maybe not the whole company, and just the acct im in. depends on each one's experience sad gyud na. And in the acct im in, kay they demand a lot from the agents, and they LOWBALL them. they keep on adding more scopes to the service we provide, i.e. sales (plus more to come), when we are supposed to be a tech acct. and i know its an advantage kung naay sales ky more money pud, but more money? really? like how much? like are they kidding us? di nimo ma feel ang incentive. and added as major metric pa sa scorecard. Well, naa ra sad cguro na nimo if mgpadala ka sa pressure, but for me, its not worth it jud. and depende ra pud sa TL nimo kung kahibalo musabot og tao. kung mao pud ang sabtononon aw malas lng gyud nimo. There are some TLs in the acct that have attitude problems, and need Leadership Trainings. i dont know if cvg provides that training to their TLs and supervisory positions, but they should.
And i always thought recreational/entertainment rooms are a given already especially for "CVG". but sa among acct, murag a few months ago lang nabutangan og entertainment area, where the agents could relax, or unwind. I could not even believe it.
and it is very queing, u can hardly breathe. naa pai tools nga murag gimantiniran lang sa programmer. and they lack agents ky dghan nang resign, but even so, kuwang lang gihapon og stations ky mag-hotseating lang gihapun. which is very very poor. ang time sa agent nga makarelax sa ilang break/lunch, they use it up na hinuon para mgbantay sa ilang station nga dli sila mapulihan or time para mangita og lain station. CVG cant even provide more stations? really? but on a positive note, nindot sya ky dli ka maka take calls kung wlay vacant jud. but if nglisod lng jd ka pangita station, nya wlay hotseating, kinsay maapektuhan? ang uban ma-late na nuon imbis dli late pag-abot.

dghan pa ko masulti but its not appropriate to mention them all here. di nko ganahan mo-elaborate more ky i dont wanna sound so negative to the readers and new hires. hahaha. mao lang na sya.

Almost 3years in this account! Have to agree with you..all are true..It used to be great..But hey all good things come to an end..lolz.. Leaving CVG was a sad day (Salute CVG!) But leaving the Account was the Best day!
