@cococrunch -- i think ma-considered naka ana as promoted ky regularized employee nman ka. ur just going to apply for a higher position, right?
i think thats how it goes in any other companies?

@ cococrunch- kausa raka ma regularized sa trabaho. hehehe. basin confirmation imo pasabot? kay naa man uban mu apply for another position/promotion but needs to pass the metrics provided para ma confirm sa said position, if not balik sa production or which ever position he had prior.

aw kung tenure balik jud ka 0 if lateral transfer. CVG builds from within. sauna ra tong bag.o pa ang company dire cebu mu dawat ug external hires for higher positions. lets put it this way, the vp for jp transferred to cvg
