I may not be very well versed with what the labor code actually contain, but I've been with several companies, and this is the first time I've heard of this. Salaries should be received as stipulated in the contract. kung kinsena ang giingon sa contrata, the employer should comply with that, no matter what. unless gibutang sa contract nga monthly ang sweldo, then kana jud. that's what i know. cc or not, that is the law. wala lang jud siguro nakareklamo ani. faet!

I understand your thoughts bro but when it comes to discussing how new hires get their first pay. it depends as to when their hire date will be.

as what you've mentioned, you have a friend who just recently signed a job offer that's why you started questioning about the first pay.

she can try to ask that with the recruiting team if she wants to since such information can only be discuss with a CVG employee or new hire. I know she has a contact number that she can call since recruiting always provides one.

let her start asking questions to the appropriate person in the company and not just rely on what we say in here

hala daku lagi ni nga issue. as far as i'm concerned, nag ingun man sila daan nga after 1 month pa or 30 days (whichever is sooner) ang pay.. thus nag set na sila ug expectations. and thankful na pud ko nga nag ingun sila daan kaysa wala labaw na kay reqional recruit raba ko.. so naka prepare na ko. di ko mutuo nga wala naingnan ang mu.sign ug JO ani. unless wala gyud diay, kay posible man pud nga sa amu ra ni nga account ang 1 month after pa ang pay. so dapat mangutana gyud daan if naay mga concerns.. dili kay sign diretso... (musign raba pud ko diretso usahay)..hehehe. but just saying...

For what I know, If you work on lets say July 15, you will be paid on July 30. Wala man utang ang CVG tingale sa ilang employees not like other CC.
