I got mine in less than 2 months. Final paycheck, computation, BIR forms and COE. Basi naay issue imo clearance form, naay wala naka sign? I had mine signed all in one day and was told to wait for a maximum of 2 months. Wa sad ko kasabot why HR needs to call you, kay dapat ikaw man na ang mu call to confirm if available na ang final pay and documents 3 weeks after your clearance form was submitted.

after 1 month raman na process akong clearance dri, sa banawa pd hinoon to...
dali ra pud to akoa pa clearance sa banawa.. complete tanan ang pag hatag pati mga doc.. nya dali ra nadawat ako last pay ato
I resigned due to medical reasons, bro. They were waiting for the company doc's
recommendation which he did email the HR the last time I was there to have
everyone sign my papers. Then they told me, they'll call me once they read the
email from the doc. When I called after three months, still the same response.
Never heard from them and it's the third week since I made a follow-up.
Would it be a good idea to make another follow-up after Christmas?

merry xmas ka counters.. bisita lang mo sa new building naa mi daghan sud-an dd2.. hhehehe
Mas maayo pa siguro ug ang doctor mismo imong istoryahon aron ma send or confirm niya ang email, pa cc ka then i-print ipakita sa HR ang soft copy.
Another option is to start all over again, have the clearance form signed by your superiors but this time make it appear you resigned in your own will, not by medical reasons. It wouldn't make any difference I think. The important thing is you'll be cleared at the end of the day.
