    paki ask daw balik imo friend kay usually kung AWOL ka dli ka makuha ug COE db??
    pro makakuha ka ug clearance from the company...asa xa na CC??

    My frend and i agreed nt to mention asa na cc. Even awol ka, u have coe just as long na cleared ka na. Syempre if awol pa imo status, active employee pa ka ana. Pero if termed na ka due to being awol, maka start na ka process clearance. By the way, depende diay if naa bond or wala. Kay if naa bond, pay d bond, get cleared and ul hav coe.

    thats not what i meant,we know man nga bisan mo awol ka sa isa ka CC,pde ka mo apply og laing CC,kay pde ra man gihapon ka mangau og COE sa CC nga imong gi awolan.but what i mean is,if sa CVG ka ming awol ba,naa pa ba possibility nga i acccept pa ka balik sa CVG?or dli na dyud.kay naa ko friend ming reapply after sya nahagbong sa metrics,wala man sya gi dli,but was asked to submit a letter to explain lang.but lahi baya ang story sa ni hawa kay la kapasar metrics and sa ning awol.sa katong kusog kaau mag ninja dira,any comments?

    When pa cya ni-awol? Naa man tingali madawat ug back to work order or tawag man lang. If wala, terminated na to cya. Di na jud kabalik. Dpat tawag sa hr na lang to get status

    o sige,lets say nga na terminate na,after many months or years,pde pa mo apply og balik nga gkan na ming awol daun na term with that cause?or dli na dyud possible?
