hi, q to any newhires in cvg.. im in d process of completing my non-nego requirements, however my clearance is not yet done.. I was given an acknowledgement that it was in processed by my prev company however on the letter it is states that I signed a non-compete clause previously..and i am not allowed to work on a similar company for a year..I declared with cvg that i have worked for this company, will it be a problem if i submit this acknowledgemnt since they said they needed a proof of clearance jud bahala while wla pa COE..dili kha ko ani msangit nya dili na nuon ko ipadaun sa training?

company clearance or photocopy of resignation letter signed by supervisor/manager.. but ask lang to make sure

ni ask man ko ug copy sa ako resignation from a prev company but they declined to give it.,. instead they gave me this acknowledgment nga ng.resign ko but it contains info about me signing a non-compete clause..ahak bya ani..mana bya unta ko pmedical.. bsin mao ra ni ako ksangitan.
