pay is good but I cannot stomach the politics here....there was a TL that did not regularize his agent because the agent did not lend him some money...LOL

Ive been with 4 companies already...Politics is always present bsan asa.. even sa small companies...

And pls don't generalized it because not all supervisors use power for there own benefits..

i just got hired and i have NO call center experience whatsoever jud. anyway, they told me i'd be assigned sa sprint pero gi offeran ko nila ug General Motors na re-profiling daw. im just curious, asa mas nice? i need an answer real quick kay today ra daw ang offer.. wala daw sales sa GM so walay commission right? pero which account is nicer? let me know.. thanks
