Thumbs up To Specialize or Generalize?

    Hello istoryans,

I’ve read yesterday an article by Mr. Wilson Ng (Sun Star) regarding the topic.
I know, one of this days all of us will have to face this question, whether to specialize or to generalize…

    According to Mr. Ng:
Specialization means you have to know more and more about less and less.
Generalizing means you have to know less about more and more.

    So what would be yours?

true, but limited only for that particular thing that you specialized...

like programming, would like to specialize on C# or would you also want to know others, like java for example...
