    Angry VECO CBA profit-sharing provision

Gipanaga-an lang sila ug fixed amount na P15,000.00 each. Mao ni ang context sa ila profit-sharing based on their 2007 - 2011 CBA between VECO and the Visayan Electric Company Employees Union ALU-Local 20 under Art. 10 Sec. 1 states,
"The share of FOUR (4%) PERCENT in the company's profit heretofore granted to and shared by the employees as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company is hereby incorporated as among the benefits in this Agreement and shall be delivered on or before the enrollment of the regular school year."
Kani-adto daw panahon sa mga Garcia, wala problema sa implementation sa CBA provision for how many years sugod pa 1970's. We need your brilliant ideas about the issue.

unless you are a shareholder of veco

you will never know the profit.

VECO is not a public company

VECO is a private company. so only the shareholders can get that information

Do you mean bro even though you have an agreement signed bet. the union and veco management, it depends on the management to give a figure or not? What do you think?

you will know the figures from the accounting and finance department.

but as I said if you are a shareholder of VECO you can obtain the financial records of the company.

Ma compel man ang VECo na mu show sa ilng book of account it is the right of an Legitmate Labor Union if not Unfair Labor practice na gbuhat sa Veco..Even if Private pana tungod sa Labor Code they are mandated to report sa ilang profit sa Union....

But with ALU i know VECo employees rights is in good hand...

o-bama: Ang pangutana ani kon "good hands" ba gyud sa ALU ang VECO union workers kay ang nahibao-an raba nako na connection sa mga Aboitiz's abot sa commander-in-chief. Unya, regarding unfair labor practice of the employer such like VECO, mura'g wala man hait na ngipon ang ikapa-ak ang Labor code provision ani.
florascent: Nindota d i sa VECO sa una bro! Kon baga, one of the dreamed company d i na gipangita sa usa ka trabahador. Mao d i sad known kaayo sa una ang VECO as the second largest electric utility not only in terms of demand of electric consumption but also its benefits and compensation through its employees.
Anyway, does anyone knows what's the interpretation of their CBA profit-sharing provision? Sa ako-a, ang 4% maoy e determine sa board of directors from the whole companys profit. And to be given to all employees on or before the enrollment of the regular school year. Ang pagbahinbahin siguro sabutan sa duha between VECO management and the bargaining agent which is the union. Please try to interpret the above CBA profit-sharing provision of VECO.
