Proxy Server using Squid

Mga bro kinsa kamao ninyo diri mag himo ug proxy server using squid?

Nag himo and running cya except one thing, dili nako ma ping ang yahoo.com or any other sites using my inside network.

Tabang mo mga bro, I'm sure sa IPTABLES ang error ani dili lang nako ma fix.

CentOs diay ako gi gamit na OS mga bro.

Kamao pod ka mag linux bro? Naa lage error ako gi setup na proxy server.

Pa tabang ko sa mga kamao mag squid.

unsa man ang error.. ako nakagamit ko ani.. katong nag work pa ko before sa ISP..

I experimented with squid in RedHat 9 before but it was working fine with the default configuration, if I suspect IPTABLES is blocking, I will just temporarily flush it with iptables -F for troubleshooting purposes, try to check the squid config file.

Na check nako ang problem y dili ko maka ping sa yahoo.com or any other site. Ang ako napod problem karon kay ang ako iptables na config ma usab if mag reset ang server. Ma wala ang ako mga settings pero as is gihapon ang config ma wala lang ang effect sa configuration.

pwede man ma save ang iptables script, I think iptables-save ang command, to see the manual, type:

man iptables-save

or you can google this.
