Default Yaw Yan o Doce Pares o whatever

Unsa man nindot mga 'tol? Yaw Yan o Doce Pares Arnis o Taek Kwondo?
From what I've heard, ang Yaw Yan man gud murag street Fighting man na, so meaning before ka ma-learn, mo-agi ka ug strength training. So, sa 1 month palang, more on calesthenics ang imo madangatan. Pero ang Doce Pares Arnis murag more on actual fighting dayon, if there is exercises, it is not that lisod. Besides, sa Martial Arts, the best way to fight is to avoid fighting. So why not enroll on disciplines that you will learn in a whort time without sacrificing too much of your self or your budget.
Please, I need some professional advice.

Doing and learning martial arts is not all about learning how to fight and defend one's self, it's all about passion. A lot of people are into martial arts for one reason, they love it. First comes the interest, then it becomes a passion, then it becomes a dedication, and eventually it becomes a lifestyle. There are a lot of reasons why one should practice and do martial arts and knowing how to defend one's self is just a part of it.

Bai, try to visit Deftac Cebu - Gracie Barra Jiujitsu to learn about our group. This martial arts doesnt really require much strength but learning the techniques.
