I don't think The Silver Surfer can appear in an avengers film, for now. His movie rights (along with the Fantastic Four) are with Fox.

Starfox is perhaps one of the worst Avengers but the guy's got a good set of powers. Plus, I like how he can manipulate the emotions and erotic feelings of other people. He's Thanos' brother, maybe, he can appear in the Avengers sequel.

Speaking of Iron Man, if Marvel proceeds with Iron Man in 10 more years, don't you think Downey Junior would be too old at that time? He's in his late forties now and in the next 10 years he would be on his fifties. Same goes with Samuel L. Jackson, he's sixty and he'd be around 70 in a couple of years. MCU is doomed!
