saw this kanina and it was good, but still had it's flaws.

Thor suddenly knowing about Loki and his schemes, not to mention he's easily able to get back to Earth despite Bifrost' collapse being a really big deal in the Thor movie, shutting the way for him to go back. Loki was good in the first half of the movie, but was disappointing towards the end imo, especially how he got manhandled by the Hulk. and while the Hulk is indeed pretty strong(physically stronger than Thor), Loki is still a god and he should not have been humiliated like that. he also didn't seem like he was playing a bigger game and just followed orders by a bunch of aliens mysterious aliens. I would have liked to have known more about them, but I suppose they wanted to keep that for the sequel.
Widow got a lot of background, but what about Hawkeye? Maria Hill wasn't relevant(and bitchy). and the Chitauri themselves were mere cannon fodder for the Avengers. and then when they got nuked, they just shut down("because we're almost out of film/budget!"), like what happened to the aliens in Independence Day. and then Hulk didn't even say "HULK SMASH!". that was disappointing.

but I still enjoyed it. I love how Thor never gave up on Loki despite everything else he's done. Tony and Cap's scenes together were great. and then I love how the movie pauses or takes a break from the action to let the characters and audience digest what's happened so far and at the same time have some neat character moments. I really loved that. this movie is definitely one of the best superhero movies ever made. top 10 on my list easily.

as for the ending...
I think Marvel could have chosen a different villain. the Mad Titan isn't even a regular Avengers villain, not to mention everything that involves him is incredibly great in scope. Universal(he has become omnipotent twice iirc). he makes Eternity shift in his seat or shit in his seat.
