Default For Employers - What's the proper way to terminate an employee?

I mean, dili man ka basta basta maka terminate ug employee.
then you have to pay separation fee and backwages??

    so unsai buhaton sa employer?

terminate the employee with 1month(per year of service)? mao lang ba to nu?

what else can an employer do para properly terminate the employee and avoid the court cases if ever?

    edited - changed the title.

i think i just found the best solution. The best way to do it to ask advise from DOLE.
Before terminating the employee, talk to DoLe first on what you are about to do. They will give you alternatives and legal advices. They will guide you on what should be done. How to avoid pitfalls, and best of all, how to avoid the court cases.

why not talk with the employee about it. say that you cant afford him anymore. either he takes a pay cut or you pay him separation pay!

    another way...

assign the employee outside of his comfort zone...say kung taga cebu siya...i-assign sa inyong Jolo o Basilan nga office at same sweldo.
or i-assign sa metro manila, same sweldo, taga-i ug allowance good for 6months. After sa 6months...bahala na siya ug asa siya puyo.

saunz man nga malugi na man ang business. no value - high priced = turiring ang employee.
overpriced kai he/she's not meeting your expectations. as an employer, ok ra man ang overpriced basta high value ang return sa business.
Saun nimo kung turiring ang employee nimo?
