IT Manager
Responsibilities:
Ensures the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
Plans, coordinates, directs, and designs IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. He shall enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
Graduate of a Computer Science related – course, preferably with masteral degree in Business Administration
At least 5 years related work experience
Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux & Unix.
Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, in running production setups (adequate knowledge of high availability, properly securing systems, application deployment lifecycle,etc) and in supporting remote users globally
Conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
With in-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
With excellent written and oral communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and organized
Multi-tasking and yet with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service orientation and high stress-tolerance.
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
