university required is still a blurr for me.. tungod ako wala ko sa U-list sa MOM pero na approve ko.. and not only me..

and yes strict karon ang singapore..daghan na spot checking.. ako mismo na spot checked ko sa Raffles Place MRT.. sulod nana sa MRT.. ang usa nako na tupad g dala sya kay tungod naa sya resume sa iyang bag.. so please hinay hinay lang mo dala ug resume.. kung pwede sa online mo mag apply.. ako kay bago ra gyud ko na end of contract and nakita ang ako pass kay expire na but g ignan lagn nako ang mga batang officer na pwede nila tawagan ang akong employer kay 2 days na expire akong pass and wala pa gihapon g pa cancel.. medyo na dugay ko ato kay wala sad ko dala passport.. may nalang wala ko g hold.. pero ang tupad nako nga pinoy g dala gyud sya for interrogation daw.. so please be reminded lang sa mga naga dala ug resume.

addition sa mga naga agency.. always check sa ilang conditions.. like once nag start naka sa work.. naa ba travel ticket after cancellation.. and ang BOND..

naay mga agency dili sila mo sulti nga naay travel ticket after canellation mao na ang uban mo palit nalang ug ticket.. and dili mo saba ang agency.. kung mangutana ang tao mo ingon dayon na sila nga na sulti nana tung pag orientation.. so careful lang..

regards to bond.. ask ug pag unsa pag calculate sa bon.. this is very important kay usahay mangatik na sila..and usually naa na sa ilang g hatag nga contract sa inyo..

disadvantage sa bond.. not all employer wants to hire people who have bonds with their agencies.. I had been to interviews and pag mo ask sila nako nga naa ba ko bond sa agency.. tapos mo ingon ko ug naa..
mo ingon ra na sila nimo ug tanawon lang sa ka nila and mo contact lang sila nimo.. been to short listed pud.. and nagnutana ko nila why dili sila nahan ug applicant nga naay bond.. kay tungod maka bayad sila sa agency aside sa applicants' bond.. and hassle daw kaayo na kay naa pa due process.. so mao na ang info na ma share sad nako from my own experience..
