If ako Boss, i'd go with an amount i am comfortable with.
If sulod siya between S-P@ss level and E-P@ss level, payts na kaayo para nako oi.
    That's between S$2.2k to S$4k man siguro.

A few years ago, i applied and was willing to take jobs at S$1.5k per month (below SP@ss japon na sa una).
Kay para nako, naa pa man ko'y mapadala ani nga sweldoha. Ako ni hap!
Luckily lang, i got something better. And im still here with them.

Pero huna-hunaa lang... ang mga negosyo gusto jud moganansya.
If you aim for too low, you might be attractive sa ilang panan-aw. Pero basin dehado pod ka.
If you aim too high, nah! mukuha nalang sila'g indian ana!

    Good luck.

    Passes - Ministry of Manpower

Putting a figure there is one thing - and it's very easy
    Getting shortlisted is another thing
Getting hired is a great thing
But if M0M does not approve, all of the above are nothing.

Ayaw hunong og pagpang-apply if dili ma-approve sa M0M. That's all.

Gahi-a naman diay i-apply ron uy. Kinahanglan man jud nila ipost una sa JobsBank para maka-hire sila ug foreigner?

"From 1 August 2014, as part of the Fair Consideration Framework, firms that wish to hire Employment Pass (EP) holders must first advertise that position in the Singapore Workforce Development Agency’s Jobs Bank. The advertisement must be open to Singaporeans, comply with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and run for at least 14 calendar days. EP applications which do not meet this advertising requirement will not be accepted. - See more at: http://www.mom.gov.sg/foreign-manpower/passes-visas/Pages/default.aspx#sthash.Wy9OLPs6.dpuf"
