Hayst so nangulit ko sa ako boss na irenew ko 2months++ before magexpire ako pass kay murag naay koy feeling naa problem.
    EP renewal: REJECTED!

Agency man gaprocess sa ako pass in behalf sa company. Mao ni'y giask nila:

"We have checked with the Ministry in regard to your EP renewal rejection outcome and unfortunately, they are not willing to disclose the reason of the rejection but are willing to re-consider the application by way of an appeal. We have been liaising with your local HR on this case and are currently preparing your appeal documents.

The following documents are required for the appeal case and we understand that your local HR is arranging with you separately for these documents to be provided to us:
    - Company Appeal Letter - we have sent the appeal draft to Grass Valley's for their review and amendment, if any.
    - Elaboration on Job Duties, justifying the need on the retention of your services based on qualifications required to carry out the role within the company. If relevant, the justification should preferably touch on how your skill set is unique and non-transferable.
    - Employment Contract Copy
    - Education Certificates Copy
    - Previous Employer's Testimonials Copy (if available)

Should you prefer to provide the above documents directly to us, please do so and we shall include them in the appeal draft for Grass Valley's review.

Please note that the Ministry usually takes 4-5 working weeks to process an appeal and its approval always remains at the Ministry's discretion. "

If more than 5 years (or more) na ang experience - dapat 4.5k++ na ka. DI pajud mag-S amo company So abangan ang susunod na kabanata nlng ko ani...

    Naa pa na chance lage.

Suwayan d i nimo ug ingun imong boss nga ipa S-pass ka, naa man kaha moy quota?

Sa akong new application karon ug EP, kaduha ko na apply. Ang first company S-pass ang gi grant sa MOM pero wa ko nadayun ug work, ang ikaduha EP application ghapon nya S-pass ang grant nasad. Pero both companies offered more than $ nga range sa EP, although dili nko field.

Some cases mohatag ug rason ng MOM. Sa akng nabaw-an lng jud karon, murag gamay ang approval sa EP ky ang skwelahan na ilang gi basehan. Nya murag walay skwelahan sa atoa ang nasulod maski UP. You may try the self assessment tool sa MOM.

Anyway, just hope for the best lng jud.

Ang kalisod man gud boss - amo company namo di pwedeng magS - pwede ra local/pr, EP and PEP. I've asked our HR that maybe they can downgrade mine to S. Ingon amo HR, we're not registered to have S pass holders. Di nlng ko mamugos pa-S if di pwede..

depende guro sa imun base salary bro. Sa mga post man gud diri murag kasagaran sa mga na reject ang renewal is Either gamay ra an sweldo relative sa experience OR wala ni saka ang Position. So since gamay gamay raman an increase if same company, cert nlan atu kuhaon.

usually magsugod sa 3% raman guro an increase. pero naa uban company naa pay lain paagi sa paghatag ug increase mao daku kaayu ilaha.
