    base sa experience sa ako amiga bai, pwede ra mahangyo ang employer nga di sa icancel ang spass, pero depende jud na sa employer if mosugot ba. ingna imong amigo nga tarongon ang trabaho para mosugot inig hangyo, kasagaran sa mga employers diri, labi na professional lang, dali ra mahangyo.

    @yhoks

    Mas dako ka prob if they found out nga your faking your documents. Ako ma-suggest sa imo is to take an indirect flight going to SG, medyo gasto nuon...

    if end of contract/Pass kasagran 1 month SVP ang ihatag. Kuyawa sad anang 1 month nga contract gud, murag alkanse nman guro na kay ang process sa pass lan daan pila ka weeks na nya work for 1 month nya cancel na dayun? basin kana 1 month contract is murag probationary bah nya if OK an evaluation extend nsad, if di kapasar mao guro cancel na sa pass.

    I've heard the exact opposite. MOM is tightening the criteria for employing foreigners. Those criteria is still in effect, they won't change overnight.

    The fact about a lot of Filipinos getting their renewal of employment passes rejected is a testament to that, plus lisod na pud ron ma-approve ang application for work/s/e passes. If you've been reading pinoysg forums, less than 10 percent of those who tried their luck in finding a job in sg were successful.

    Unless if you are very talented, with a good experience and credentials to jack up your resume, then it may increase your chances. But for those who don't have enough experience, then I'm afraid coming here to look for work is futile. Singapore already has a very saturated job market, even for IT.

    Is this for an IT position? This is the first time I've heard about a 1 month contract. He'd be given 2 weeks or a month of SVP. But then again -
    Lugi kaayo siya ani.

    Most project implementations would be on a 3-month period, plus project handover will ran up to another 3 months ... so mao na kasagaran mga contractual work tag 6 month period na.

    Unless siguro if the position is temporary, like replacing somebody who's on a month leave like a maternity leave, etc.

    Btw, unsay work sa imo migo?
