My g/f and I are travelling to Dumaguete in April. We know that there is a ferry that will take us from Cebu and we may use that for one of our journies. I have also heard that there is a bus which takes you Dumaguete via a boat road at the end.

I also heard that there is a bus ride to Lilo-An and then you take a fast craft to Sibulan. However, I cannot find any information on this bus/boat service from Lilo-An. Has anyone takien this route and do you know what time the bus/boats leave at for Dumaguete?

Try bus going to Bato in South terminal then barge(ferry) for 30 minutes to Siaton Negros occidental then bus over an hour going to Dumaguete.
