I can recommend Bahura Resort & SPA - Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines this is located in Dauin about 30 miles away from the city. I can vouch that this is the only best resort in this area.. there are few nearby but it's not really that good.

i would recommend Bahura over Antulang..

pero ikaw if ganahan jd ka sa angtulang.

yeah.. that review was true about a year ago.. the pool is still open to the public though, but they jacked up the entrance fee to $750 (last time i checked) per head!!:o this was done to limit the public from coming in... i think wala na kaayo tao karon.

last nako ad2 sa bahura 250 pman to entrance fee!! LoL

Antulang is also open to the public though..

dili pod $750 oy!!! grabe pod na. heheheh! it's only P450, P495 if buffet.

antulang's entrance fee is P200, consumable. if you use the pool, you add another P200.

Price seems reasonable except for the Poll Villa i guess. Already send them an email..will see what rates can they come up for me. How far is Antulang from Duamguete..? Do they provide shuttle service to and from the resort...??

30 minutes from Dumaguete to Zamboanguita then from the highway to Antulang, another 20 minutes because the road is bumpy. They have shuttle service, P2,200 for roundtrip. P4,400 if you use their coaster. If you're lucky enough, you can get their coaster for only P2,200 if their vans are unavailable.

dumaguete is anice place to live in compare to cebu..from cebu take a land travel by CERES tours drop to Liloan santander, ride on pump boat 20 mins. to Sibulan Negros then 15 mins ride multicab to dumaguete city...to go BAHURA RESORT.!!!!
