IMO, this "rice shortage" they're handing out to the media is a distraction to this ZTE/NBN situation. It seems like they have sort of solutions to capture the people's attention by giving "pulutan" to the MEDIA that works their butt off to "deliver" the news that the people wanted to hear.

Another distraction would be the accusations and cases being filed against Secretary Nani Perez. But again, though, that's in my own opinion.

sakto ka nga media has made this issue bigger. but it is a fact that rice exporting countries like Thailand and Vietnam have issued statements that they are limiting their export and increasing their prices which triggered a butterfly effect. mao btaw na nga pwerteng pangugat ni PGMA ug hangyo sa quantity ug presyo pag import sa latest NFA rice.

kung i-apply pa nato ang CHAOS THEORY, that (Vietnam & Thailand statement) was the flap of the butterfly that created the tornado.

Has there been a big drought? Has there been great destruction of the rice fields in each country? Why is it nga sudden man kaayo ang shortage of rice worldwide nga murag wala may sudden loss of supply and surely, dili man tingali sudden population growth and increase in mouths to feed in just a month or so ? ? ?

I might sound like a conspiracy theorist, but i think this rice crisis is a hoax...

Morag gi tuyo ra ni nila ug control ang supply para ma-apektuhan ang demand, if not naa gyuy gamay nga increase sa price sa rice ( pero tanan man prices nisaka dba? ) but gi-exaggerate lang nila to cover up the overwhelming scandals sa atong government, particularly the Lozada controversy.
