curious pod ko ane nga company kay often times pirme nako makit an sa news paper ads usually mass hiring on different IT position...can anybody share any thoughts

kaning icomm mao man tingali ning FARCITE sa una?. importer mani silag auto. ambot lang karon.. wa nako kabaw sa ilang nature sa business..

^^ your partly right... formerly Farcite sila... i have been interviewed na and they are still hiring of IT, admin, finance personnel...

they are the headquarter of IBC japan...

mura sab sila BPO in some way but the thing is they only cater the products of their mother company...can we not call it " call center?"...

it's called a in-house call center just like where I work..I sent my application to this company na kai naa koi na interested position dinhi for CustomerService/Shipping Rep..kai sa aMo in-house call center company run, naa manko sa shipping pud..pero nyc ni kai burag dako ela sweldo kai IT Park na cla,hehehe

gamyan rako sa ilang offer...

nice baya kung growth ang hisgutan... my friend kay naa na siya sa new zealand... karon pako kahibaw..she's finance manager na didto...

pero na turn down naman nako ilang offer gud...

daghan man gud benefits nga naa sa akong existing company nga wala nila gi offer like:

health insurance.... tibook family man ang diri sa akong company, while ilaha is ang staff ra.
sweldo...... variance ug 5K if compared sa akong rate diri sa akong current job ... mas dako pa akong rate ron...
