if you want naa na job daan, go with an agency. but don't expect to become a doctor or medtech dayon. you need to qualify for their licensure exams... which could take awhile. plus, di man ma transfer imo medical qualifications sa canada kay lain man ila style ug standards ngadto. also, ayaw pili ug jobs. get whatever you can. just work hard kay ma asenso ra man sad imo job basta naa naka canadian experience. they don't consider your work experience sa imo own country.

i know coz my dad had more than 20 years of experience in banking. he was a bank manager gud sa pinas. when he applied for a banking job in canada, start from scratch siya... teller. way gamit ang iyang experience and knowledge. but he didn't proceed with it kay na pul-an na siya sa iya banking. he went with wood working kay he likes to do that as a hobby back in cebu. at first di siya dawaton kay over-educated ra daw siya nya he doesn't have any wood working experience. he told the man to just try him out lang, if they don't like him they can fire him. he started at only 10 dollars an hour. karon kay 25 an hour na siya. he could have gone a different route once he had canadian job experience... but he enjoys wood working a lot so he stayed with it.
