Sa inyo tanaw mu palit ba mu ug usa ka butang nga mangayo ug DOwnpayment diri sa istorya.... that requires a 10 to 50% discount... in other words, money down ang mupalit sa butang.... what are your thoughts on this one?

Wala manai problem basta trusted ang seller...and if dagko na kaayo ug kantidad mas maau adto jud sa location sa seller.

if i were to suggest...may unta buhatan ug buyer / seller rating atong profile...para malahi ang good sellers and buyers sa mga scammers.... parehas sa ebay.com or any online store... kasagaran mao mani ilaha para ang buyers maaware sila ug mahibaw-an iya previous transactions if successful ba or dili... pero kani suggestion rani
pero its really up to the moderators on how they approach this one

why require a down payment?
it should be paid in full before shipping the product.
you don't see down payments on ebay do you? or any store, online or brick & mortar, for that matter.
i would probably require a non-refundable down payment if i don't have a certain product in stock and i have to special order it. then ask to pay the remaining balance before shipping it.
you never know if you can trust the buyer.

buyer and seller-mas maayo gyud kaliwaan ang transaction if wala mo kaela sa seller/buyer, naa butang naa ang kwarta,daghan na kaayo modus karon

yup kana bitaw naa mu palit ug sim nako taga manila... mu ingon man gyud na sila "walang kaliwaan sir"...pasabot ug mahimu, ako nalang padala sa ako kaila ang simcard didto sa manila unya sila nalang mag kita... dili sila mu resgo ug padala ...mao usahay i use my ebay.ph account to transact buyers from manila. kay didto makita imu mga feedback, at least mu buy with confidence sila nako because of the previous feedbacks posted on my account(as reference). maayo unta naa na diri uy
