Patabang ko mga fellow Istoryans

I need a small room or office space for rent somewhere in Talamban...... I'm going to use it primarily as an office for my online work... I can't work at home na because of too much distractions. Preferable naay internet connection pero okay rasad if wala coz i'll just use my smart bro plug-it.

Hope reasonable ra ang price... dili ko dra maligo and I'm going to use a small netbook -gamay ra nah kaon kurente, lights and fan.. mao rah.. charge phone occassionally... I'll be staying 8 max 10 hours a day... 5 days a week and occasional overnights if naay pressing na project.
Kana pud naay parkinganan motor and pwede visitors sometimes...
