Thread: m125 problem

    Default m125 problem


    i recently purchaseda 2nd hand m125. everything seems to be ok except when i tap the screen with the stylus. when i tap an icon a different icon/ program opens up. i tried using notepad too see if the problem is with the alignment. freehand drawings are half a cm maybe from where i move the stylus. how n where can i get this fixed? PM me if you have any suggestions.

    ive been using my old 125 for more than 3 years already and did not encountered any same problem with you. try to go SYSTEM then click WELCOME and then follow instructions. Good luck!!

    try to do a hard reset on ur device bay. but be sure to back up all ur data first through hotsync. it will delete everything and same as having it like new

    in doing hard reset: press and hold ppwer button, press reset button at the back
    when u see the palm powered logo release the power button.

    it should prompt you to delete all data
    setup the device again
    if this reset will not work there is a hardware problem on ur device

    Yes, pls do a hard reset then during the setup tap the digitizer sa hayag nga lugar...
