Parental lock for IE or Firefox or both

Hello,

My 6 year old daughter accidentally visited a gay porn site (I don't know how) and it's my fault for not being ready for this. Maayo na lang sa tab ni open and I don't think she saw it. Anyway, I'm looking for a good freeware parental lock that works both for IE and Firefox and it has to be a permanent lock until I enter a password since I'm at the office during the day and she might use the PC after school.
