Mobilization Lead
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to provide support during Solution Realization and Service Transition activities
Responsible for the execution, tracking, issue identification and resolution of identified work streams
Participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work
Manage internal/external client relationship within area of responsibility
Requirements:
A graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
3-5 years work experience
Must have strong English communication skills and analytical skills
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Willing to work on shifting schedule

Communication Coach
Requirements:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mass Communications, with Major in English, or any similar degree
With at least 6 months work experience as a communications coach in the BPO industry
