    Ang cge ug ka late basis ba na para ma terminate ang usa ka employee? Approved ba na sa labor code? Wala man sad handbook mapakita ang employer. Kinsa naay idea ana?

    Kana TS makita na nato sa Labor Code, hanaa sa Article 282 na gina tawag na Just Causes Under the Labor Code, item # 3 Gross and habitual neglect of duties. Mao na siya. Ayaw ra gud pa late sige TS hehehe

    Yes tardiness can be a ground for termination. Naa man guro na sa tanang company policies. Sa among company, being tardy for more than 4 times in a month equates to 1 offense; 1st offense - verbal warning, 2nd offense - written warning, 3rd offense - 1 day suspension, 4th offense - 3 day suspension, 5th offense - termination.

    yes... after pila ka warnings..

    pero ug wala ni agi ug warning diretso ra murag dili pwede..

    mao na, sayog mata TS.... and it depends sa rules sa company ninyo.. like for example, last nimong late before ma-terminate naka, is one year na, mareset naman pd imong bad record... more than one year naka walay late, and ma-late ka, balik na pd sa first offense...
    (ky utro pd ko cgeg ka-late...hahaha.. unsaon mn naa mn tay masakitong amahan..)
