Stainless steel supplier for women accessories

Hello dear Istoryans!

I am looking for a business and I believe I have a talent on making fashion accessories. Since precious metals like gold and silver need a big capital, I would prefer to use stainless steel as of the moment.

Can somebody please refer to me a supplier for stainless steel? For both colored (like gold) or silver-like luster? Not the ones that supply for industrial use. I want those who supply for fashion accessories. And I prefer those who are just in Cebu or Manila.

I would very much appreciate it if you can refer some people to me.
