You can hardly find a rent to own house that is at least brand new or you may not be able to find at all.
I suggest that you invest a house and lot during the pre-selling period so you could get one that will allow you to loan a portion of the total amount of the house thru PagIbig. A P750K loan thru PagIbig for 30 years shall be at around P5K per month. Just shoot me an email should you need to know more where you can likely invest a property at P5K per month range.
