yo people in this forum have you all heard that CEBU.GOV.PH won the 5th cebu web awards i mean have you seen their website look at hte images specially the images and some of the content you will see what i mean ...
i not going to react on it but one of the designer .. HAMBOGIRO kaayo nindot kono kaayo ila kay site maoy nakadaog i mean thier really suck hey you people are really designers help me with this ... this is like arroyo's speach about thier big selling CD about their conversation hehehehehe ....

try to look at thier web site and judge for your self.....

maybe so as to give everyone an idea on the competition, these are the criterias

Content 20%
Organization/Usability 20%
Visual Appearance/Design 20%
Functionlity 20%
Overall Impact 20%

In my opinion, the criteria is just right since it tends to look for a balance website and not concentrate on certain area. A website could have a good design but lacks content, or good content but no design, or have both but the way the links or layout is presented is somewhat clattered or perhaps has a lot of content but are useless.

silent-kill, i agree. in a sense, mas limpyo and more user-friendly ang mandaue city website although i'd like them to remove or better, improve their flash intro.
