Not being able to acess the New Thread page in Jobs

When I try to access the New Thread page in Job I am blocked and get this message.
Can u help me fix this problem, or better yet fix it for me ?

QSYS, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

You can't start/create a new thread in JOBS section because you're still a newbie.

Why newbies can't start a new thread at the Buy and Sell?
Requirement: Junior Member (30 posts) or Platinum / Premium Member
