have u experienced being victimized by snatchers, hold uppers, swindlers, petty thieves/robbers, paregla, hingi, etc? where r these places? what r their modus operande? their description or names/aliases if they're known to operate in that particular area?

-as told by a friend: upon reaching Sungold Marketing(on Borromeo St.) on his way to USJR, 2 men sandwiched him then niagbay ang usa dayon tion ug icepick. he was asked to hand over his wristwatch and was instructed not to turn around. the two then casually walked away from him...

-as experienced: PUJ riding ladies wearing necklaces and earrings are usually attacked during stop light near colon bridge (in panganiban) and climaco st.(going to CEC). the snatcher would run going to either ermita or pasil area...

-always wear ur back packs in front when u walk through colon/downtown area. i have experienced my back pack's being opened, fortunately, there were no important things inside...

the area from mabolo straight to manalili..i never feel safe when im there...

and the area from the old White Gold department store all the way until the back of Cebu Normal College or CISAT...thats always a place to be careful of...even in broad daylight...
