get marriage license from city health.. sa city health na daghan ug requirements.. lahi2x sad ug requirements if foreigner imu spouse to be, or divorced, or widowed..

sa akong ma-remember, NSO birth cert, CENOMAR (from NSO gihapon), barangay certificate, cedula.. naa certain number of photocopies each document so mas maayo if muadto nalang ka city health and ask for list of requirements.. nasa 2nd floor, marriage section.. also, you need to attend a whole-day seminar.. kelangan ka magpa schedule beforehand for that.. and naa extra requirements if below 25 man tngai to.. like parents' advice/consent.. kami, we were both 22 and they also asked us to go to dswd para motubag ug survey2x..

after ma-comply tanan, u pass everything and you wait 10days para ma-release ang inyong marriage license.. after that wala nako kaybw.. haha.. d ko sure ha, adto man tingali city hall then pa-raffle inyong names para ma-assign mo ug judge or basta someone nga mu-officiate sa inyong wedding..

Naa man pud tingale sa Mayor sa lungsod ninyo, mas dali pirma ra diretso, mao may akong nakit-an sa akong cousin. Ambot lang kaha pud kay suod man pud to ilang family sa Mayor.

yah i think you can skip the city hall stuff basta naa mo kaila mayor or judge.. but kelangan gihapon marriage license..
