Permits....all the legal trasactions u need to comply, mayr's permit, bir, dti, sec, sanitary, blah blah

Overhead...rental, payroll (f ppol wil be wrkng 4 u), materials, instruments, things u need to sell

make feasibility study first...what works for others..myt not work for u...assess ur full potential...
