    Default difference sa CallCenter Positions


    pang newbie or shall i say, no alams sa call center world question..

    I have a question, regarding sa mga positions offered sa callcenter.
    Unsay difference and trabaho anang :
    - CUSTOMER SALE REP (CSR)
    - TECHNICAL REP (TSR)
    - CHAT SUPORT
    - NON VOICE OR VOICE
    - LEVEL1, LEVEL2
    - og uban pa

    I just read those, sa mga job postings..
    Im planning to apply mn gd, and i want to clarify kng unsa juy buhat and kalahian ani nila..

    some basics:

    - CUSTOMER SALES REP (CSR) - deals usually with sales could be inbound(they call you) or outbound(you call them)
    - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) - deals usually with customer service type calls ex: billing, informational, account maintennance
    - TECHNICAL REP (TSR) - deals usually with tech issues ex: setting up modems/routers, troubleshooting game consoles etc
    - CHAT SUPORT - chat support, you do not take calls but you "support" your customers using chat somewhat like YM msgr or MiRC
    - NON VOICE OR VOICE - voice(takes calls, talks to customers) non-voice(do not take callls, usually semi-clerical work or thru email)
    - LEVEL1, LEVEL2 - usually levels of agents/reps the higher the level supposedly more hardcore

    ok....lets say na level 2 agents/reps are usually more experienced, have more responsibilites than level 1 agents/reps.....think about it as level 1=pulis level 2=swat team

    so mas asenso pd ba ang sweldo on a higher level?

    asenso ang sweldo pero pirting gamaya ra. pero ang labad sa ulo kay feel kaau ang increase as @my_hEaD_isBIG put it.
