I've heard of Philwebservices as a great web hosting/web development company but how about as an employer? has anyone ever worked for this company before or is currently an employee? I am thinking of applying because they're currently hiring on a lot of IT positions.. but i have searched everywhere and have no idea about their history as an employer.

Does it take care of its employees? What are its offered benefits and compensation packages? Unsa man ila work environment? Happy ba mo kung naa mo ga work dri? I will appreciate any input anyone could offer.

Some of my friends came from Philwebs, unfortunately, they have negative rating on Philwebs as an employer though.. I don't know how real it is but that's how they put it.

@morphine: bro if you need experience, that place is a very good training ground. But if you are after a sassy life in the work place...you'll just be disappointed.

ga start nako training. so far ok raman, maayo sila mo train, dghan au ko nakat-unan in a week. relax rapud iya environment. pwede rka magkaon sa office, mag ipod, as long as you get the job done. Ganahn pd ko kay dili kaayo strict ila dress code. hehe mas focused on IT jud sila, the place is a heavy mix of programmers, web designers and seo specialists.. suway2x lng ko. pang experience lang sa. sakto jd ka nga maayo sila as a training ground for the inexperienced.

ang rate is i-base ra nila sa skill nimo. competitive ila salary if you can also deliver at your end.
