You can never go wrong with:

*xiaomi mi3
*zenfone 5 although 8 gm ra iyang internal memory, use SD card para di naka kailangan og convert pa sa mga movies nimu
*zenfone 6 (Sub 10k ra siya)
*the upcoming zenfone 2 if you can wait... But naa na sa lazada (Dont worry, trusted na sila nga online store, got most of my phones there)

I think the new Nokia phones are quite good for the price.
They are much cheaper than iPhones or the new Samsung.
I heard Oppo is good too.
Also Sony Xperia isn't so bad. My brother is using it. Don't know exactly how much it is now though.

After all, I think it all depends on your price range. I think there are so many phones out there that are quite cheap these days.
I think Oppo would be your best bet though.

I second the Zenfone 5, best phone sa iya budget range. You can also look for second hand LG G2's. But, if you can stretch your budget, mu-recommend ko ug OnePlus One(dubbed as the "flagship killer")
