- spacious room, occupied by 1 lady now, needs 2 more.
- cabinet provided
- preferably students/working professionals.
House:
- 2 storey
- 2 rooms, 1 T&B
- semi-furnished
- With TV, stove, cooking wares, dining wares.
- inside a secure compound with gate
- spacious living room and kitchen
- Cooking and laundry allowed
- near fuente, visayan community hospital, SWU.
- place is peaceful and quite.
Rent:
- 2,000 per person
- water and elect bills will be shared among housemates.
- 5 - 6 persons to share the house.
