Where to get these so called VALID ID's?

These are the ID's nga mga needed sa bank of mo open ug account.. wa lang nko gbutang tanan hekhek.. anyway.. gbutang nlng sad nko ang uban nga wa labot sa akoa kay basin naa sad uban mangita ana tapos wa kblo aha ug unsaon pagkuha ana. so sa mga nka balo how and where, please we need your help. especially me..

I need at least 2 valid ID's I dont have any of those above. sa mga nakabalo, please indicate where and how and of course ang requirements and expenses na bana2x ninyo. thank you daan!

-Police clearance----- Camp Sotero Cabahug, Gerordo Ave, Cebu City (you need an NBI clearance before you can get this)
