Room or Bed Space for Rent in Nasipit, Talamban

I am looking for some bedspacer to occupy our vacant room preferably STUDENT ladies because I DON'T allow male friends to sleep in the place. 2,000 rent for the entire room, this does not include electricity and water. The room has a separate electric meter. and mag tunga na lang ta sa water bill.

- We have a small kitchen and a sala.
- You can store food in our ref
- You can use our washing machine for laundry.
- as for cooking.. we can share the Gas for the stove.
- We also have phone line.
- the place is very peaceful and quite.. good for students jud.

Accessible ra kaayo sa jeepneys to CMall, ayala, colon, highway mandaue, and a lot more. near gasoline station and market.

ay sori sir.. prefer lang ko ala kid kay para mas quite. graveyard man gud akong work mao i have to sleep during the day.

kanang road gikan usc-tc paadto sa talamban.. i-follow lang na.. maagian nimo ang family park then unahan pa jud naay Pelayo nga furniture ug Nano Clustered Water na refilling station.. diha duol. atbang Garnet Ville na entrance ra tupad Petron. Before reaching corner cabangcalan ni xa ha.
