i cant use my atm or even deposit to the bank, why? please could anyone tell me why . thank you

Exactly! This is jst a dormant acct.. U can still reactivate it... Banks dont close accts WITHOUT consent of the depositor...
Unless yuv got zero balance wherein bank cashiers will automatically close em...
As long as it has balance, the acct still exists... Again, unless if it has lapsed for 10yrs wherein remainin deposits are turned over to bsp...
Approach their respective CRAs or new accounts personnel...

Are u sure the acct will no longer accept deposits??
Bein dormant doesnt mean u cant deposit..
