I am currently looking for a room mate (Male). The location is at P. Remedio Street, naa ni siya luyo sa Oakridge along AS Fortuna (eskina dapit sa Tavolata). Supposedly, naa koy kauban sa room, pero kalit2x ra nausab iyang assignment sa work and Metro Manila na siya magbase. It is a spacious room, Room has it's own CR and shower which are separate. Naa nay cabinets available and naa na sad double deck with foam. Water is 150 per month and nindot ang environment - hilom, situated on the third floor and hayahay sad. (I will be posting pics soon or better yet visit the place para klaro jud)

Monthly rate is 3000
Water is 150
Room has it's own submeter for the electricity.
