Selling my Xbox 360 Slim with Kinect

Good day, I'm selling my Xbox360 Slim w/ Kinect.

Unmodded (was planning to have it modded, but held of due to reason for selling)
I can include my games since I won't have any use for them (should be worth about 7-8k already on their own)
- Kinect Adventures (included in the original package)
- Super Street Fighter 4
- Marvel vs Capcom 3 (First editiion)
- L.A. Noire
- Alice in Wonderland
- Child of Eden (This one I still have to get back from an officemate, so let's not count on this too much, lol!)
One Controller
Cables
Power Transformer (since it's US edition)

Bought around 3rd quarter of 2011 (im still checking FB status, hehe)
No defects, haven't been dropped, scratches etc.

Reason for selling: will need cash for my wife's transfer here in Cebu. I also went back to an old hobby so no time for playing console games nah.

Selling all for 18k

I'd rather talk to really serious buyers, but inquiries are still welcomed.

I'm also thinking of disposing my Hori Arcade Stick. One button damaged, but can be easily repaired if given the right tools.
