If you're budget does not go beyond Php 4,000, I suggest that you settle for Samsung J1, Samsung Core 2, Samsung Galaxy V but those units only have 512mb RAM. I also suggest that you go for local brands with 1GB RAM but Samsung has more stable firmware and support compared to local brands.
